Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Driver position based in Ḩafar al Baţin entails operating company trucks to transport goods securely and efficiently. The role requires adherence to traffic regulations and company policies, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, assisting with cargo loading and unloading when necessary, and maintaining detailed records of deliveries and mileage.

The driver will coordinate actively with dispatch, adapt to scheduling changes, and deliver courteous service during pickups and deliveries. Responsibilities also include monitoring vehicle condition, reporting maintenance needs promptly, and ensuring all documentation and permits are current.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in truck operation with solid experience in commercial truck safety and handling.
• Possession of a valid CDL Class A license or equivalent, a clean driving history, and familiarity with applicable transportation regulations.
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with dispatch, team members, and clients, including accurate reporting and documentation.
• Customer service aptitude to professionally represent the company and manage delivery-related interactions.
• Ability to comply with safety protocols, conduct thorough vehicle inspections, and identify mechanical issues.
• Dependable in managing time, planning routes, and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Physical capability to remain seated for long periods and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior commercial driving or logistics experience is advantageous.
