Job Overview
Next Trade Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located at Globe Business Park in Ambernath West, is seeking a dedicated Driver Cum Office Boy for a full-time position. This role involves ensuring the safe transportation of company personnel and clients, maintaining the company vehicle, carrying out office errands, and assisting with general office duties.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport the company director, staff, or clients as per requirements, handling pick-up and drop-off duties.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle.
- Keep track of vehicle necessities such as fuel, servicing, insurance, pollution control certificate (PUC), and maintenance schedules.
- Deliver office documents, cheques, parcels, and courier items promptly.
- Conduct official outdoor tasks including visiting banks, post offices, and government offices.
- Support in maintaining general office cleanliness and organization.
- Serve refreshments such as water and tea to staff and visitors.
- Organize files, stationery, and other office supplies efficiently.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Manage office opening and closing procedures when required.
- Perform other office-related tasks assigned by management responsibly.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in car driving.
- Familiarity with routes in Ambernath, Badlapur, Ulhasnagar, Kalyan, and Mumbai will be advantageous.
- Must be punctual, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and Marathi languages.
- Clean personal appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and undertake outdoor duties as needed.
Preferred Candidates
- Residents of Ambernath or nearby areas will be given preference.
- Applicants with experience driving both personal and commercial vehicles preferred.
- Immediate joiners are favored.
Additional Information
- Salary will be determined based on experience and performance in the interview.
- Working days are Monday through Saturday.
- Sunday is designated as a weekly off.
