Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members across various positions to ensure workplace efficiency.
• Maintain proper dishwashing techniques using dish machines and three-compartment sinks.
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, lunch, dinner, and closing hours.
• Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat patronage.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and orderliness throughout the restaurant.
• Manage cash responsibly when assigned.

Qualifications and Attributes
