Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of operational management strategies to meet organizational targets within budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate closely with the Group CEO to formulate and realize strategic objectives and plans.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies focused on expansion and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing brand evolution or the creation of new dining concepts to ensure market relevance.
• Deliver timely, precise, and comprehensive reports on the operational status of the company.
• Identify and assess strategic business opportunities for growth including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing management team aimed at achieving sales, profitability, and business goals.
• Provide daily leadership aligning with the company’s mission and core values within the service division.
• Develop and nurture a motivated team of food and beverage professionals to support aggressive expansion efforts.
• Oversee the smooth operation across all restaurant functions.
• Define processes and monitoring systems to uphold high standards of food quality and service.
• Measure and assess the effectiveness of both internal and external processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer periodically.
