Job description
Job Overview
This role focuses on designing and implementing technical solutions for our web-based Asset Management Platform, tesma, utilizing C#/.NET and SQL databases in alignment with corporate architecture standards. You will carry out code reviews, ensure robust code quality through unit and integration testing, and drive ongoing enhancements in development processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely within an agile team including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Quality Engineers, Agile Delivery Managers, and DevOps Engineers to deliver solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to application deployment efforts by participating in CI/CD pipeline development, system monitoring, and providing support during critical operational disruptions.
- Propose and help implement technical innovations through ideas, proof-of-concepts, and suggestions to enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development, or a degree in (business) computer science, or equivalent IT qualification.
- Several years’ experience in software development or strong interest in this field.
- Experience with tools and technologies including GIT, Azure DevOps, .NET (C#/VB.NET) Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, Docker, and Visual Studio is advantageous.
- Comprehensive full-stack competencies covering frontend technologies (LESS, CSS, JavaScript, Web Controls) and backend development (server-side code, Web API, web and database servers).
- Affinity for commercial business processes.
- High motivation to solve challenges, good quality awareness, and capability to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
