Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in the Bakery Department.
• Supervise bakery staff during the Bakery Manager's absence.
• Cultivate an employee culture focused on coaching and development.
• Complete customers' bakery orders efficiently and accurately.
• Receive and manage bakery deliveries and inventory.
• Carry out bakery production tasks and merchandise the department effectively.
• Implement SMART retailing initiatives tailored to the Atlantic region.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
• Perform administrative duties as required to support department operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience in a relevant bakery or retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated good work ethic and multitasking abilities.
