Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in the Bakery Department.
- Supervise bakery staff during the Bakery Manager's absence.
- Cultivate an employee culture focused on coaching and development.
- Complete customers' bakery orders efficiently and accurately.
- Receive and manage bakery deliveries and inventory.
- Carry out bakery production tasks and merchandise the department effectively.
- Implement SMART retailing initiatives tailored to the Atlantic region.
- Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.
- Perform administrative duties as required to support department operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in a relevant bakery or retail environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated good work ethic and multitasking abilities.
