Demand & Supply Planning Analyst - APAC

SharkNinja APAC is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Demand & Supply Planning Analyst to join their APAC Planning team. This role focuses on leveraging data and advanced analytics to enhance supply chain visibility and support superior Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and regional planners to elevate planning performance by developing dashboards, data models, and driving continual improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain sophisticated Demand & Supply Planning dashboards in Power BI, ensuring real-time access to crucial performance indicators.
• Construct and refine data models that streamline planning workflows and empower planners to efficiently manage supply scenarios and decisions.
• Analyze demand and supply information to detect potential risks, opportunities, and sector trends, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Prepare and circulate timely reports and updates to stakeholders, guaranteeing data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
• Assist in preparing S&OP and consensus planning materials through effective consolidation and visualization of data.
• Collaborate with market planning teams to understand specific business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Promote productivity via automation and process enhancements within planning operations.
• Lead and contribute to projects around planning tools upgrades, system enhancements, and digital transformation, including AI integration.
• Identify and act on opportunities to optimize processes, data flow, and reporting efficiency.
• Foster strong partnerships with regional, market, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end visibility.
• Serve as the liaison connecting business stakeholders with technical solution providers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning roles.
• High proficiency in Power BI (mandatory) and familiarity with Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience working with enterprise IT systems such as Oracle and SAP.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze trends and interpret complex datasets effectively.
• Solid understanding of S&OP/Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and supply chain planning principles.
• Proven experience collaborating across multifunctional teams.
