Domino's Pizza is actively recruiting Delivery Experts to join their team at the Manlius, NY location. This role offers a flexible schedule suitable for students, those seeking secondary employment, or anyone wanting adaptability in their work hours. The position involves delivering delicious pizzas across designated areas, using your own insured vehicle, while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate necessary store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies throughout storage and preparation areas.
• Prepare pizza products and other menu items.
• Handle telephone orders and process them efficiently.
• Assist with inventory counting and related documentation.
• Keep equipment and the store clean on a daily basis.
• Perform deliveries by car, transporting orders safely from store to customer locations.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers within delivery zones.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for making deliveries.
• Ability to navigate and read maps to locate delivery addresses efficiently, including multi-story buildings and varied terrain.
• Basic arithmetic skills to handle cash transactions, make correct change accurately and quickly.
• Competent communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, carry items up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and navigate varying work environments including hot ovens, coolers, and outside weather conditions.

Physical and Work Environment

• Frequent standing and walking on varied surfaces including tile and linoleum.
• Handling bulk product deliveries requiring lifting cases up to 50 pounds and stacking up to 6 feet high.
• Navigating up to five flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Exposure to temperature fluctuations ranging from about 36°F in cooler areas to over 90°F in some work stations.
• Periodic exposure to food odors, dust, hot surfaces, machinery, and outdoor weather conditions.
