Position Overview

Joining the Trade Counter team in Geelong, you will assist tradespeople, especially plumbers, in obtaining necessary items for their building and refurbishment projects. Additionally, you'll carry out tasks that ensure smooth branch operations.

Key Duties

• Utilize a company vehicle to deliver parts and products directly to customers.
• Conduct picking, packing, and manage stock inventory activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the branch and warehouse environments.
• Provide customers with product-related support and information.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service is preferred, with a passion for assisting customers face-to-face and via phone communication.
• Capable of order picking, merchandising shop displays, and ensuring accuracy of product details.
• Technologically inclined and adaptable to new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s license, and willing to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Possession of a Medium Rigid license is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Motivated to grow career prospects locally or within the wider company network and head office.
