Role Summary
We are seeking a Data Partnerships Lead to join a global technology leader on a full-time remote basis. This role involves establishing and managing strategic collaborations to enhance product capabilities and drive revenue through data monetization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential data partners to broaden and enrich the platform's data ecosystem, enhancing model accuracy and performance.
- Lead negotiations and formalize data licensing agreements that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to incorporate third-party data sources into existing pipelines and platforms.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of data partnerships, recommending improvements and expansions.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure all partnerships comply with relevant data privacy standards and corporate policies.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in negotiating data licensing deals and managing partnerships within technology or AI sectors.
- Deep understanding of data monetization, data infrastructure, and their business impacts.
- Competence in data analysis techniques and tools to assess the value and influence of partnerships.
- Capacity to lead cross-departmental projects involving engineering, product management, and legal teams.
- Knowledgeable about data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA affecting partnership agreements.
