Overview
LexisNexis, a global leader in data and analytics, is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join their remote team. This entry-level position involves verifying and entering data accurately from source documents according to defined procedures, ensuring adherence to ISO standards, and assembling files in a prescribed order while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate data from source materials following set protocols.
- Check entered data for typographical errors, duplicates, and correct application of style rules.
- Organize application files sequentially, preparing relevant text, code, and drawing information compliant with guidelines.
- Submit weekly timesheets consistently.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and ISO requirements.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Will commit up to three full weeks to remote training.
- A minimum availability of 40 productive hours per week working from home.
- Strong focus on details and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with computer software applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Participation in additional virtual training and meetings when required.
- Capability to pass all pre-employment screening assessments.
- Maintain departmental quantity and quality performance metrics.
- Reliable high-speed internet access.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Compensation
The national base salary range is approximately $30,300 to $50,600 annually, subject to location-based adjustments.
