Role Overview
We are collaborating with a partner organization to recruit a Data Entry Assistant dedicated to maintaining precise data management and well-organized records within internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data into internal databases and tools consistently and accurately.
- Verify data to ensure correctness and completeness.
- Amend records and resolve discrepancies when detected.
- Manage and organize digital files and documents methodically.
- Assist with routine data verification processes and respond to internal data requests.
- Adhere to prescribed procedures and maintain data quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity and comfort with spreadsheets and digital data tools.
- Basic computer literacy with administrative capabilities.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and accomplish tasks within set deadlines.
- Good written communication skills.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating in a remote team environment.
