About the Role
AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the planning, build-out, and day-to-day running of AWS’s worldwide infrastructure. The team keeps the cloud operational by supporting data centers and the servers, storage systems, networking gear, power, and cooling equipment that allow customers to stay connected to AWS services.
This opportunity is within Data Center Operations, where large-scale computing environments are installed and maintained. It offers hands-on exposure to some of the most advanced and high-density data centers in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure host racks in accordance with internal service-level expectations.
- Identify faults in servers, storage devices, and network equipment, and carry out physical part replacements when needed.
- Handle physical power issues on racks and take part in data center power and cooling incidents or events.
- Work a rotating schedule of four days on and four days off, including night shifts.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and racking equipment with lifting tools.
- Travel between sites using a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have hands-on experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, along with networking experience. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
Preferred background includes strong customer handling skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and one or more industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+.
Additional experience in computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations is valued.
Work Culture and Growth
