About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support clinical operations across multiple projects by managing trial logistics and ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Assist in formulating operational strategies and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with external partners and vendors.
• Oversee data management processes for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
• Prepare comprehensive data reports for stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate communication between clinical teams and other involved parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience requirements vary by role specialization from 1+ to 5+ years in clinical operations, clinical trials, research management, or data management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and in team environments.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and ethical standards is advantageous.
• Experience with clinical data management software and statistical analysis tools is beneficial for data-focused roles.
• Leadership and project management skills are necessary for management positions.
