About the Role

Brindavan Udyog India is seeking a knowledgeable Purchase Executive specializing in AI and data-driven procurement practices. Situated in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, this role demands analytical acumen combined with strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Source products and identify trustworthy suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Create purchase orders and facilitate timely procurement processes.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, documentation, and resolve issues.
• Track pending orders and maintain routine communication with suppliers.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, documentation, and streamlining workflows.
• Analyze pricing trends and procurement data to optimize costs.
• Develop and update purchase trackers, management information systems, and dashboards.
• Spot opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Build and sustain robust supplier relationships, evaluating them on quality, pricing, and delivery metrics.
• Maintain an up-to-date vendor database and accurate procurement records.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure prompt communication between vendors and internal teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Strong negotiation capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience actively using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and research.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and automation tools is advantageous.
