Overview

Malwa Concrete Udyog Private Limited is seeking a proficient Data Analyst / MIS Executive skilled in data interpretation, reporting, and dashboard development to join their team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Key Duties

• Develop and automate comprehensive MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and patterns.
• Create interactive and insightful dashboards utilizing Power BI.
• Manage data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes to ensure data quality.
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Leverage advanced Excel functionalities including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query for detailed reporting.
• Generate visually compelling data reports through visualization platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL for effective data querying and manipulation.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, including DAX formulas, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Python basics to intermediate level focusing on Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib libraries.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and procedures.
• Background in MIS reporting and automation.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, accounting, or business-related reporting domains.
• Capability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of Google Forms and Google Sheets.
• Logical reasoning ability and fast learning aptitude.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and documentation skills are essential.
