About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity based in Germany. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources for analysis.

• Detect patterns, trends, and opportunities through comprehensive data examination.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver practical insights and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with business units, project managers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions with data-driven solutions.
• Verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets.
• Maintain documentation on data sources, analytical approaches, workflows, and reporting methods.
• Drive initiatives for enhancing data quality and automating reporting processes.
• Present findings and suggestions clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Open to entry-level and junior candidates with 0 to over 3 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and principles of data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail and adeptness with large datasets.
• Capability to interpret complex data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Python or other data analysis software is beneficial.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Germany with legal eligibility for full-time work.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
