Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to support governance, audits, SLA, and KPI evaluations. The position demands expertise in creating efficient and reusable data models, executing precise data validation, and enhancing report usability and performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and datasets with a focus on reliability and reusability.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures to ensure robust data insights and improve report responsiveness.
• Integrate data from diverse sources including SAP, Excel, and various databases to enable comprehensive analysis.
• Engage proactively with business and IT teams for articulating and refining reporting requirements and ensuring stakeholder consensus.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to guarantee timely submission, meticulous review, and approval of data reports.
• Prepare succinct updates and executive summaries tailored for governance groups and senior leadership.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks by maintaining structured tracking systems and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Support governance activities by monitoring KPIs, compliance metrics, and adhering to documentation and review standards.
• Track and analyze partner/vendor SLAs and KPIs, highlighting performance gaps and opportunities for improvement through dedicated reporting tools.
• Oversee audit findings by monitoring closure progress, following up with stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for audit compliance.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

Applicants do not need to have completed a graduation degree. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong skills in Power BI and data management, comfortable with stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
