Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM throughout the week.
• Keep the Dairy/Frozen section clean, tidy, and appropriately zoned at all times for an optimal customer experience.
• Regularly rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain product freshness and quality.
• Accurately price and label products, following procedures for ordering, clearances, markups, markdowns, and signage.
• Comply with cold chain management, food safety protocols, including temperature monitoring, food handling standards, product rotation, and sanitation routines.
• Maintain merchandising standards and promotional displays within the department.
• Ensure the work area is hazard-free and clean by removing debris and spills and adhering to company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Be flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed for smooth store operations.
• Manage the demanding overnight workload efficiently and plan to stay energized and focused during shifts.
• Fulfill physical requirements like standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment, sometimes up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking and organizing products with consistent attention to detail.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
