Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Voice Process Executives to become part of our team located in Vijay Nagar, Indore. This is a full-time role requiring a commitment to 9-hour shifts. The role primarily involves managing both incoming and outgoing calls, delivering superior customer support, effectively addressing customer issues, and ensuring satisfaction during every interaction.

Key Duties

• Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism.
• Providing prompt and precise responses to customer questions.
• Efficiently resolving customer complaints and concerns within appropriate timeframes.
• Keeping thorough records of customer interactions using the company’s systems.
• Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meeting personal and team performance goals.
• Escalating complex customer issues to relevant departments when needed.
• Maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer communications.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade or graduation.
• Good spoken communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Strong abilities in customer service and problem resolution.
• Capability to work a 9-hour shift schedule.
• Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
