About the Role
Ignites Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd invites applications for Customer Support Executive positions focused on handling international customer calls and resolving queries related to Accenture's products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls promptly to address their questions and concerns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through active listening, empathy, and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to manage and resolve escalated or complex customer issues.
- Achieve performance goals including first call resolution, handle time, and call abandonment rates.
Candidate Profile
- Between 0 and 5 years of experience in the BPO sector or similar fields like customer service and education.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude with close attention to detail.
- Eagerness to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to different processes.
