Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled language professionals for a remote, part-time role focused on training and assessing AI language models. This flexible contract position allows you to work from home, setting your own hours. Ideal candidates include those with backgrounds in writing, teaching, translating, tutoring, linguistics, or language specialization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated text to assess quality, accuracy, and fluency.
• Create brief prompts and imaginative responses to support AI training.
• Compare and rank AI outputs using established evaluation criteria.
• Offer detailed written feedback regarding language quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English and your native language.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in humanities, language, or writing disciplines.
• Professional experience related to language such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or data annotation.
• High attention to detail and the capability to adhere to evaluation guidelines.
• Desirable backgrounds include linguistics, academic writing, or AI content evaluation.
