Job Overview
We seek an experienced Customer Service Representative to aid in training AI models by tracking the performance and reasoning of AI chatbots, diagnosing issues, and enhancing model quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their responses.
- Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-generated content.
Candidate Profile
- Native or bilingual level fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven skills in content analysis and critical reasoning.
- Preferred educational qualification: Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing), though not mandatory.

- This is a contractor role based in New Zealand; applicants residing outside New Zealand will not be considered.
