About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to contribute to training AI models by assessing and enhancing AI chatbot performance and logic. This role demands a high proficiency in writing, editing, and language application along with research and fact-checking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to AI chatbots and critically review their responses.
- Assess AI model outputs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native or bilingual fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional mastery of grammar, style, and brand tone.
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed is favored but not mandatory.
Additional Information
- This is an independent contractor position requiring presence in the United Kingdom only.
- Work schedule is flexible with project selection at your discretion.
- Compensation provided through PayPal, starting at $25 to $30+ per hour, with opportunities for bonuses on certain projects.
