Position Overview
This role involves coordinating customer operations remotely within the United States, preferably centered in Mountain Time (MT) with a schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week from July 31, 2026, through September 30, 2026. The compensation is up to $31.03 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple customer service inboxes, providing prompt assistance and guidance regarding custom project inquiries and requests.
- Review incoming custom orders carefully, identifying any issues related to design, artwork, or production to ensure flawless execution.
- Keep customer, order, and project details accurately updated in the CRM and order management platforms.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries about custom services, aiming to deliver excellent service and support new business growth.
- Perform quality assurance checks on production samples, collaborating with manufacturing partners to resolve any quality inconsistencies and uphold product standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive communication approach and dedication to superior customer service.
- Capability to detect quality issues and work alongside relevant parties to apply corrective measures.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly share information among internal team members, external factory partners, and customers, managing updates and inquiries throughout the order process.
- Competence in maintaining precise customer and order records across several systems.
