About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Voice Process Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. Candidates should be fluent in English and Tamil and demonstrate excellent communication capabilities to manage customer interactions with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer questions and issues.
- Provide precise details about products and services offered.
- Uphold high standards of customer service quality.
- Accurately record customer interactions and maintain updated records.
- Achieve daily targets related to productivity and performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedural guidelines.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in typing.
- Professionalism in managing customer conversations.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and interpersonal skills.
