Role overview

The Experience division includes four Customer Care teams that provide 24/7 first-level support for all concerns from Audi customers and interested prospects, as well as selected matters for Audi partners. Communication takes place across multiple channels, including phone, website, social media, email, post, and fax. The role also includes maintaining customer data in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities

You will handle complex customer enquiries and emergency calls in spoken and written form, manage customer master data in internal systems, and process correspondence using standard templates as well as individually drafted letters. You will also work closely with the relevant internal and external departments within Audi Customer Care Germany to ensure cases are handled accurately and on time.

Requirements

A completed vocational qualification or prior experience in customer service is required. The ideal candidate brings a strong service mindset, a friendly and engaging manner, and very good communication skills. Confident use of common MS Office applications is expected. Excellent German language skills are mandatory, and you must be willing and able to work shifts.

Terms and conditions

The position is a permanent full-time role with 38 hours per week. After onboarding, mobile working is possible within Germany and abroad within the EU.
