Curriculum Lead

Overview

The Curriculum Lead will spearhead the continual development and enhancement of Klariti Learning's educational programs, ensuring all courses meet high academic standards, engage learners effectively, and are suitable for the target age group. This position involves close collaboration with course developers, instructional designers, and educators to craft enriching learning experiences that nurture children's communication, creativity, and critical thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the academic vision and management of curriculum strategies across current and forthcoming courses, establishing standards, desired learning outcomes, and structured instructional frameworks.
• Support and review course creation processes, including lesson plans, activities, evaluations, and learning materials to maintain a systematic learning progression and approve materials prior to release.
• Perform periodic academic content audits to detect gaps and suggest improvements, ensuring content accuracy, clarity, age-appropriateness, and consistent quality.
• Align curriculum development with international educational frameworks such as Cambridge, IB, British Curriculum, Common Core, and Australian Curriculum by benchmarking against global best practices and integrating necessary enhancements.
• Provide academic leadership by mentoring content developers and conducting curriculum review sessions, fostering innovation and continuous learning within teams.
• Develop resource materials for teachers, conduct training sessions, address curriculum-related queries, and gather feedback for ongoing improvements.
• Oversee assessment design and approval, ensuring evaluations effectively measure learner outcomes and meet standardized criteria across courses.
• Investigate new educational trends and pedagogies, promote innovative teaching strategies, and identify opportunities for launching new courses focused on market demand and future skills.
• Monitor and analyze student performance data and feedback from parents to recommend data-driven curriculum adjustments.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams including course creators, teachers, product, operations, and marketing to guarantee academic integrity and successful implementation of programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, English, Child Development, Curriculum Design, or related disciplines.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic leadership roles.
• Familiarity with international curricula and online education platforms is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of child learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
