Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals by hand daily, maintaining Chipotle's high-quality food standards.
• Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo efficiently and safely.
• Create an inviting and friendly atmosphere contributing to excellent customer service experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor toward customers and coworkers.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for serving others and working collaboratively.
• Be eager to learn extensive cooking techniques and food preparation skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay ranging from $17.60 to $18.60 per hour, depending on experience and education.
