Key Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will support food preparation, operating stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, and create a welcoming environment for customers. Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Friendly and energetic approach
• A strong desire to help and serve customers and team members
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking responsibilities
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work location

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranging from $20 to $21 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips
