About the Team
The Creator & Influencer team at Warner Music Singapore plays a central role in breaking artists and shaping cultural conversations across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region. The team connects artists with digital voices that influence audiences and works closely with the Head of Creator Strategy, along with specialists in Marketing, A&R, and Artist Relations. The goal is to create campaigns that feel authentic to each artist while also delivering strong audience impact.
Role Overview
In this role, you will take ownership of the creative and operational side of creator-led marketing initiatives. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution: one moment you may be managing influencer relationships, and the next you may be improving live campaign performance. You will operate in a fast-paced setting where your work helps extend the reach of Warner Music’s artist roster and turns digital ideas into practical, long-term plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencer partners to deliver campaigns that expand artist visibility.
- Support the Head of Creator Strategy in shaping and implementing innovative creator and influencer plans.
- Plan, produce, and oversee platform-appropriate content that fits each artist’s brand and audience.
- Work directly with artists and their management teams to ensure content reflects their creative direction.
- Review performance data and campaign results to improve future strategy and increase fan engagement.
- Partner with Marketing, A&R, and Press to align creator campaigns with wider promotional activity.
- Spot content opportunities around artist moments such as releases, tours, and relevant cultural events.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and best practices across creator ecosystems, then share useful insights with the team.
- Coordinate production workflows, including creative briefs, shoots, and content optimization for each platform.
What You Bring
- Relevant experience working with content creators and managing influencer partnerships.
- A track record of delivering end-to-end content and influencer campaigns across multiple moving parts.
- Comfort working with fast-changing digital platforms, content trends, and engagement tactics.
- Strong interest in music, culture, and creative storytelling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to balance artist needs and stakeholder expectations.
- A data-led approach to measuring content performance and improving results.
Preferred Extras
- Experience leading people or creative teams.
- Practical knowledge of Photoshop and other image-editing tools.
- A collaborative, innovation-focused mindset for developing fresh digital ideas with stakeholders.
