About Fuse Energy
Fuse Energy is a fast-growing, vertically integrated energy business with more than 300,000 customers, over $550M in annual recurring revenue, and global expansion plans. In just three years, the company has raised $210M from leading investors and delivered 700% growth in the last year alone.
The company’s mission is to make energy cheap, clean, and abundant. Fuse is building across the full energy stack: offering energy at around 30% below the industry average, developing its own hardware, constructing grid-scale solar farms, installing solar systems in homes nationwide, and expanding into international markets and robotics.
Fuse is now building an in-house creative and content function designed to operate as a standalone team, not merely as a marketing support channel. The goal is to create work that makes the company and its vision impossible to overlook.
Role Summary
As Creative Producer, you will be responsible for making campaigns happen from start to finish. You will work alongside designers and art directors, where they shape the idea and visual direction while you handle the research, planning, coordination, and delivery. You will collaborate with the Head of Creative & Content and the growth team on messaging and positioning, and you will also manage external partners when campaigns require agencies or freelancers.
Responsibilities
- Build the research and insight base for campaigns through competitor analysis, category research, and cultural trend tracking.
- Contribute to positioning and messaging discussions with the Head of Content, art direction, design, and any other teams involved in the campaign.
- Source, evaluate, brief, and coordinate external agencies and freelance specialists.
- Handle production planning, including locations, timelines, equipment, and the booking of talent and crew selected by the art director.
- Create and manage shot lists and asset plans so that each shoot day produces a broad set of deliverables for ads, social media, and campaign use.
- Work with social strategists and creators to map required assets, ensure behind-the-scenes and other social content is captured on set, and help launch campaigns across platforms.
- Serve as in-house executive producer for larger hero films, managing freelance specialists such as directors, DOPs, colourists, and sound teams while controlling the budget.
- Keep productions moving smoothly, removing blockers and preventing delays.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational ability, with confidence handling schedules, logistics, and budgets across complex productions.
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure, with the ability to protect the creative outcome while resolving issues quickly.
- Demonstrated strategic curiosity and proactive research habits.
- Comfort participating in positioning and messaging conversations.
- Experience producing a broad mix of videos and campaign work.
- Ability to manage crews, vendors, agencies, and freelance partners effectively.
- Minimum 3 years of producer experience.
What You’ll Build
You will help shape campaigns from initial insight through final delivery, working on everything from small iPhone-and-two-light shoots to major hero films with named directors, colourists, and sound houses. You will also help create the production playbook that Fuse uses as it scales. Campaigns may include hardware launches, entry into new countries, fundraising activity, brand campaigns, and more.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation plus equity.
- Biannual bonus programme.
- Company-provided tech tailored to your needs.
- Paid annual leave.
- Breakfast and dinner allowance for employees based in the office.
