Role Overview

Al Fuad Exchange is looking for a Counter Staff professional who can start right away. This position is based in Dubai and involves serving walk-in and phone customers, handling transaction-related work, and supporting compliance-focused exchange operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing remittances using both direct and third-party transfer channels.
• Explain the company’s products and services clearly to customers and guide them toward the right options.
• Assist with wage payment activity, including WPS file submission and related processing steps.
• Complete transactions through the single-window counter workflow.
• Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues.
• Protect the confidentiality of client records and transaction information.
• Support compliance checks, including KYC, CDD, and EDD requirements.
• Help manage WPS salary processing and SIF file handling.
• Maintain a courteous, service-oriented attitude at all times.
• Follow company policies and uphold a high standard of customer service.
• Deliver helpful support to customers both in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• A finance degree or an equivalent related qualification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Candidates must already be based in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
