Role Overview

As Corporate Innovation Manager, you will take full ownership of managing our strategic industrial partnerships (over 25) aiming to translate the innovation needs of these partners into impactful initiatives and programs, all while contributing to our goal of creating 1,000 new startups by 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25+ strategic industrial partnerships, acting as the central link between partners and the Futury ecosystem.
• Design and develop innovative collaboration models between industry partners and startups, such as Venture Clienting, and lead their implementation.
• Expand partnerships through targeted new cooperation initiatives.
• Design and oversee innovation programs from topic identification, selecting suitable startups to executing pilot projects with industry partners.
• Identify relevant trends and technological advancements through a trend radar and convert these insights into new partnership and program topics.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in roles characterized by complexity and dynamism, such as consulting, startups, innovation environments (accelerators, venture development), or partnership management.
• Completed degree in economics, business administration, or related fields.
• Strong multitasking capabilities, able to manage multiple initiatives, partners, and themes simultaneously with a structured approach.
• A curious and explorative mindset, enjoying quick immersion into new industries and topics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Proactive, independent working style combined with strategic thinking and robust execution skills.
• Hands-on mentality suitable for fast-paced and dynamic innovation settings.
