- Serve as the principal SME for design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions focusing on conversation design, prompt engineering, orchestration, and AI-based solution patterns.
- Provide advisement on implementing guardrails, data access restrictions, and responsible AI usage, ensuring strict adherence to IS18 / ISMS standards, data classification policies, and identity/access management protocols.
- Support the Power Platform team in identifying and managing AI-related risks such as data leakage, hallucination mitigation, and compliance tracking.
- Establish delivery benchmarks and oversee quality assurance for vendor-developed Copilot Studio projects to meet reference architecture standards.
- Mentor and coach internal team members to elevate their skills in Copilot Studio development, prompt engineering, and optimizing agent behavior.

- Demonstrated ability to evolve AI projects from initial proofs of concept into fully governed, enterprise-grade production deployments.
- Strong skills in integration using REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise systems, alongside expertise in DevOps and application lifecycle management tailored to Copilot Studio.
- Experience adhering to security and compliance frameworks aligned with IS18 / ISMS within large organizations; prior involvement with Queensland Government environments is highly valued.
- A background in technical leadership, solution architecture, or SME roles, complemented by an aptitude for mentoring teams and structuring support models between vendors and internal staff.
