Role overview

This temporary Coordinator position sits within the Digital Strategy team and focuses on keeping several digital workstreams moving smoothly. The role supports product and sample forecasting, coordination of 360 digital campaigns, and delivery of the Ratings & Reviews program. Product and sample forecasting

  • Help build, update, and maintain forecasts for products and samples.
  • Gather data from multiple sources, clean it up, and review it for accuracy and consistency across digital initiatives.
  • Create and share recurring forecast summaries with the relevant stakeholders.

360 campaign coordination

  • Assist with planning and organizing 360 digital campaigns so messaging stays aligned across channels and touchpoints.
  • Work with teams across Marketing, Social, E-commerce, and PR to help campaigns launch and run smoothly.
  • Monitor schedules, deliverables, and milestones to support on-time completion.

Ratings & Reviews program support

  • Support the full execution of the Ratings & Reviews program from start to finish.
  • Coordinate product ordering and oversee the logistics of shipping samples to influencers and reviewers.
  • Keep tracking documents organized for shipments, influencer assignments, and review submissions.
  • Partner with internal teams and outside collaborators to make sure product seeding happens accurately and on schedule.

General coordination and administration
