Your Role

We are seeking passionate team players to join our Finance & Controlling department in Munich as Controllers on a full-time basis. You will contribute to driving our sports and business goals by confidently shaping processes and working collaboratively within our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual budgeting process and prepare forecasts along with short-term and multi-year planning.
• Develop and refine monthly reporting systems including variance analyses.
• Create standard reports, dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and cost calculations for internal reporting purposes.
• Analyze and optimize cost and revenue structures as well as business processes; support corporate planning efforts and participate in year-end and interim financial statements.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and consolidation activities.
• Serve as a business partner to departments on economic issues like KPIs, investment appraisals, cost and revenue management, and business case evaluations.
• Actively contribute to the implementation, support, and enhancement of processes and systems within Finance & Controlling.

Candidate Profile

• A completed university degree in business administration focusing on controlling, finance, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least three years of professional experience in controlling.
• Proficient with standard controlling tools, revenue and cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, particularly in the S/4HANA environment; familiarity with SAP SAC including DWC/Datasphere is an advantage.
• Independent and analytical working style combined with a process-oriented and cross-functional mindset.
• Responsible and business-oriented approach with strong numerical and IT affinity and quick comprehension skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
