This opportunity is on behalf of a partner company seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner located in the United States. You will collaborate with business leaders to attract and secure top talent across technical, clinical, and specialized domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex clinical and technical roles, balancing speed, quality, and organizational fit.
• Engage with hiring managers to assess workforce needs, provide labor market insights, advise on compensation, and define hiring schedules.
• Design and implement proactive sourcing tactics across various channels, talent networks, and recruiting technologies.
• Manage candidate pipelines, monitor recruitment metrics, and enhance funnel effectiveness.
• Coordinate with People Operations, Finance, and other partners for alignment on hiring plans and offers.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS platforms and related recruitment systems.
• Ensure outstanding candidate experiences through clear communication and structured interview practices.
• Drive improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and strategies for greater efficiency and scalability.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum eight years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, including senior-level and specialized hires.
• Demonstrated background recruiting in healthcare, health technology, or similarly complex industries.
• Proven ability recruiting across technical, clinical, and business functions.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience recruiting physicians or healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse is advantageous.
• Expertise in sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional candidates using innovative recruitment strategies.
• Skilled in negotiation, closing candidates, and managing compensation discussions and competing offers.
• Data-oriented approach with experience using recruiting metrics to analyze and optimize hiring.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates, managers, and leadership.
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing platforms, talent communities, and contemporary recruiting tools.
