Consulting Data & AI Leader

About the Role

We are collaborating with a prominent organisation in the midst of rapid expansion within its consulting branch. The company is looking for a senior delivery leader to manage a portfolio of strategic Data & AI consulting projects, ensuring outstanding client results while leading talented consulting teams.

This position is ideal for an individual who excels in managing complex delivery environments, fosters strong relationships with executives, and skillfully balances operational excellence with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and budget-compliant delivery of several Data & AI consulting programs to high standards.
• Develop and refine delivery frameworks, governance structures, and best practices to enhance consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to supervise programme progress and sustain robust executive relationships throughout the engagements.
• Manage governance, performance metrics, financial controls, and risk management across a portfolio of consulting projects.
• Promote ongoing improvement via delivery assessments, lessons learned, and the integration of contemporary delivery methodologies.
• Lead and nurture multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering skill development, performance enhancement, and engagement.
• Coordinate resource planning and allocation across multiple projects to maximise utilisation while upholding delivery quality.
• Support business expansion through active involvement in proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying growth opportunities within existing clients.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in leading consulting delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven expertise handling multiple simultaneous Data & AI, analytics, or technology transformation projects.
• Extensive experience with complex programmes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse consulting teams and deliver tangible value to enterprise clients.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including working with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong business acumen encompassing portfolio oversight, resource planning, financial management, and risk assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for effective communication.
