About the Role

Join Ayers Rock Resort's Front Office Team as a Porter to live and work onsite in Yulara, Northern Territory, just 20 minutes from Uluru, a landmark of immense cultural significance in Australia. This pivotal guest service position involves welcoming guests warmly, delivering impeccable luggage handling, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and reception to provide an outstanding first and last impression of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and bid them farewell courteously at departure
• Manage and coordinate guests' luggage efficiently across resort properties
• Assist arriving guests by coordinating with reception on room allocations and delivering luggage promptly to rooms
• Maintain and care for all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference/function spaces, and external property areas as directed

Requirements

• Possession of a full Australian driver's license; manual transmission preferred
