Role Summary

We are seeking a Concierge Assistant Manager who excels at creating memorable experiences by carefully observing guests' needs and offering personalized recommendations that showcase the best of the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with confidence and a personal touch
• Ensure smooth and effortless experiences during guest arrivals and departures
• Provide insightful, locally inspired suggestions spanning dining, culture, beaches, shopping, and activities
• Assist in booking restaurant reservations, arranging transport, organizing activities, and managing special requests
• Anticipate guest needs and craft customized moments throughout their stay
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local venues, experience providers, and operators
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Services, and other hotel teams to guarantee a seamless guest journey
• Continuously explore and stay informed about new and exciting places on the Gold Coast to share with guests

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, front office, or guest services environments
• Deep knowledge of the Gold Coast area or a passionate commitment to discovering its offerings
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse guests
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple guest requests while upholding meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive mindset oriented toward solutions and enhancing guest satisfaction
• Availability to work morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Strong dedication to crafting unforgettable guest experiences
• Valid and ongoing Australian work rights without need for sponsorship
