The foundation's mission is to train and secure jobs for youth, enabling economic independence for them and their families. With a vision to train and employ 1 million youth nationwide, the organization operates 30 centers across 7 states and has trained over 35,000 youth. Its programs focus on inclusion, job placement, and creating change agents in society.

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Computer & Tally Trainer to join our team immediately. This role involves delivering quality training as per the course curriculum, maintaining punctuality and discipline, and acting as the point of contact for computer and tally-related issues, as well as infrastructure and network concerns. The position requires coordination with project officers to solve network problems promptly, conducting follow-ups on leads, and engaging with alumni for relationship-building and referrals. Trainers are expected to actively participate in social media efforts and collaborate closely with the placement team and in mobilization activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training aligned with course content at high standards.
• Maintain class discipline and punctual attendance.
• Prepare thoroughly for each training session.
• Identify participants needing additional support and provide counseling.
• Serve as liaison for computer, tally, and infrastructure-related issues, coordinating resolutions swiftly.
• Make daily follow-up calls on leads generated by community agents.
• Conduct at least one alumni visit weekly to strengthen engagement and enhance referral opportunities. Penalties apply for non-compliance.
• Encourage and manage active participation in social media activities.
• Work closely with the placement manager to facilitate employment opportunities.
• Support mobilization efforts as a collaborative team member.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Com degree preferred; candidates with M.Com or other relevant commerce degrees are also welcome.
• Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged, provided there is a keen interest in training.
• Certification in the latest Tally software is required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and social media usage are essential.
• Strong communication skills with confidence, clarity, coherence, and respectfulness.
• Energetic, result-driven with alignment to Unnati's vision.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and a team player.
• Ability to deliver training as per prescribed course content and to maintain punctuality.

Additional Information and Selection Criteria

• Recruitment is for immediate joining.
• Experience range: 0 to 2 years.
• Languages: English proficiency required.
• Salary range from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
