The position of Community & Marketplace Associate is pivotal in maintaining the quality and trustworthiness of our platform through diligent curation and verification of job listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure job listings are curated by sector, identifying and removing duplicates, vague postings, and expired roles before they become visible.
- Provide prompt, honest, and personable support to both job seekers and employers through email and chat channels.
- Maintain and update sector categories so users experience well-organized and relevant browsing.
- Identify recurring trends and feedback insights to enhance the matching process for both sides of the marketplace.
- Contribute to developing and refining operational processes, assuming meaningful ownership from the outset.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses excellent written English communication skills that are clear and engaging.
- Displays keen attention to detail, adept at recognizing expired or irrelevant listings overlooked by others.
- Demonstrates genuine empathy and care for individuals involved in the hiring process on both ends.
- Comfortable working independently within a small, remote team adhering to India Standard Time hours.
- Preferred but not mandatory: experience in recruitment, community management, support roles, operations, or marketplaces.
