About the Role

Maison Tuileries, a French pastry house renowned for uniting world-class pastry chefs to create exceptional, trend-setting products, is preparing for a major brand launch in Mekkah. We are seeking a visionary and innovative Community Manager to join us from the outset, contributing creatively and strategically to this venture's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization of a significant launch event that captures attention and sets a distinctive tone for the brand.
• Develop and prepare the official website as part of the launch activities.
• Create and implement a comprehensive communication strategy tailored from the ground up.
• Produce ongoing engaging content for social media platforms, the website, and other channels post-launch.
• Influence strategic decisions regarding the evolution of our offerings, ensuring the company maintains a leadership position in the market.
• Build, nurture, and activate a vibrant community around the Maison Tuileries brand.
• Participate actively in developing and executing loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Establish collaborations and partnerships with complementary brands and influencers.

Qualifications and Skills

• An acute awareness of current trends with deep immersion in social media and contemporary cultural movements.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, or comparable software.
• Creative mindset combined with a strong drive to develop and shape a brand from inception.
• Ability to contribute strategically to company value propositions and marketing direction.
