Role Overview
The Commercial Title Assistant aids in the commercial and industrial title process by collecting data, responding to inquiries, and confirming the accuracy and completeness of information. Providing customer service to external clients and field escrow offices, this role serves as part of a commercial production team primarily office-based. The position may involve acting as a liaison across multiple parties to coordinate resolution and completion of title tasks and may include specialized support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform extensive administrative tasks requiring knowledge of title policies and procedures.
- Create, maintain, and organize files, records, and reports while monitoring and tracking workflow.
- Handle inquiries, collect information, and resolve issues to facilitate title completion.
- Communicate key information and prepare documentation and reports as needed.
- Connect and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Fulfill additional duties assigned related to the title process.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years' experience in the title industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive, service-oriented attitude at all times.
- High attention to detail.
- Customer service focused mindset.
- Displays sound judgment in executing tasks.
- Familiarity with title industry software platforms.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is approximately $20.34 to $27.12 per hour, reflective of skills, experience, job requirements, and geographic region.
