Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who enjoys interacting with customers and efficiently resolving payment-related issues. The role is focused on reminding customers about their invoice deadlines and ensuring timely receipt of payments. Preference is given to candidates residing in Vadodara and available to work night shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate timely calls to business clients to remind and follow up on pending payments.
• Send aging reports via email and consistently pursue payment completion.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed by clients to prevent payment delays.
• Assess business credit scores to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective payment collection targets.

Additional Requirements

• Proficient in professional English communication—speaking, reading, and writing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word at a basic level.
• Ability to compose professional emails independently without supervision.

Experience and Education

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an international BPO setting is mandatory.
• Experience handling calls with US-based customers is essential.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
