Overview
ACC New Zealand, a respected organization committed to supporting injury recovery and prevention, is seeking a Collections Associate to join their team in Wellington. This permanent full-time role involves managing overdue levy and claimant debt portfolios, working to achieve fair and effective collection results that benefit both customers and ACC.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle levy and claimant debt portfolios with a focus on delivering equitable collection outcomes.
- Contribute to the team by assisting with onboarding new members and providing refresher training as needed.
- Support ACC's mission by ensuring sustainable debt recovery and promoting safety in various environments.
- Work 40 hours per week on a rostered schedule Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm.
- Commit to in-office presence during training; post-training offers potential for flexible hybrid work with Tuesday as an anchor day.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range from $61,766 to $82,355 annually, dependent on experience.
