Role overview
This position is for a Collection Manager in Small Business Banking based in Bhubaneswar. The role centers on collections and recovery activities for lending products in the small business segment.

The selected professional will manage collection and recovery efforts for Small Business Banking portfolios, including LAP, working capital, and secured loans. The role also requires hands-on experience in collections across the Bihar and Jharkhand markets and/or the Odisha market.
