CNC Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator proficient in operating Turning and Milling CNC machines. Candidates should be experienced with CNC machine controllers, preferably Siemens, and capable of performing machine setups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Turning and Milling machines with expertise.
• Perform machine setups including tool loading and fixture placement.
• Set and adjust tool and work offsets to ensure precision.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Bore Gauges, and Micrometers for inspection.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Incorporate basic CNC programming knowledge (G-code/M-code) to assist operations.
• Maintain quality control and ensure tolerance compliance in production.
• Follow safety protocols consistently in the machining environment.
• Keep detailed production records and reports.
• Communicate effectively within the team and work collaboratively.
• Willing to work in shifts as per operational requirements.

Additional Information

The position demands familiarity with fundamental GD&T principles, CNC tooling, inserts, and appropriate tool selection to optimize machining processes.
