- Lead strategy workshops that align client goals, actions, and resources so agreed priorities move forward.
- Support pursuits by helping shape opportunity strategy, coordinating the right people, and positioning Deloitte to improve win probability and commercial results.
- Gather client insight through feedback and win/loss analysis, then feed those learnings back into the account approach and future planning.
- Contribute commercially, operationally, and strategically as a strong account team business partner.
Experience and expertise
- You should bring strong commercial capability and at least 8 years of relevant experience in strategic or key account management within a complex B2B setting.
- Experience in a matrixed organisation is important, ideally in professional services or a similar corporate environment.
- You need a solid background in account planning and growth strategy, including supporting account direction and expansion ambitions.
- Experience managing opportunities or pursuits through to completion is required.

- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are important, along with the ability to build teams, develop ideas, and deliver quality outcomes.
- Coaching and influencing ability, plus a credible and persuasive communication style, are key.
- You should be an analytical thinker who asks thoughtful questions and challenges assumptions to generate better ideas for client success.
